This is a 60 minute yoga class suitable for beginners. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. If you dont have one, Job Lot is right next door, where you can grab one inexpensively. Wear comfy clothes that you can move around in. Be prepared to do some light abdominal work, bodyweight resistance and stretching. You’ll leave feeling strong and invigorated!
