Terms and Conditions for Good Working CoWorking Space

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you sign up for a membership with Good Working CoWorking Space.

1. Membership: As a member, you will have access to Good Working CoWorking Space and the shared amenities such as shared workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas during business hours. Your membership is personal to you and does not constitute a lease or rental agreement. Your membership does not grant you any property rights.

2. Payment: Membership fees are due on the first day of each calendar month and are payable in advance. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Security Deposit: We require a refundable security deposit upon initiation of your membership. We will return the security deposit upon termination of membership, less any fees or charges for damage or excessive wear and tear.

4. Usage: You agree to use the Good Working CoWorking Space in a professional and respectful manner. Loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Good Working CoWorking Space reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason, at its sole discretion, without refund. In such cases, monthly payments will not be prorated or refunded.

5. Company Name Change: Members who wish to change their registered company name within the Good Working CoWorking Space must first seek and obtain approval from Good Working management. Approval is at the sole discretion of Good Working CoWorking Space.

6. Membership Dues: Monthly dues are crucial for continued membership. Failure to pay monthly dues in a timely manner will result in immediate termination of the membership.

7. Mail Policy: Good Working CoWorking Space will only accept mail addressed to the registered business name or the primary member’s name. Any mail that does not adhere to these guidelines may be returned or discarded.

8. Scheduled Events in Main Work Area: From time to time, the main work area may be reserved for scheduled events or activities. In such cases, members might be asked to relocate to another open location within Good Working CoWorking Space. If the event is open to members, you are welcome to either sit in or participate in the event. Your flexibility and understanding in these situations are appreciated.

9. Conference Room Use: Each member is allocated a set number of hours per month for the use of the conference room. To schedule a time slot, members should check availability and reserve their desired time through the members’ section of our website. Reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If a member has a confirmed reservation for the conference or event room, they have the exclusive right to use that space during their reserved time. Any other individuals occupying the room at that time will be required to vacate to allow the registered member access.

10. Security and Access Codes: Security is of paramount importance at Good Working CoWorking Space. Each member will be provided with a unique access code for entry. Under no circumstances should members share, disclose, or lend their access code to anyone else. Unauthorized sharing of access codes compromises the safety and security of all members and the facility. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of membership and possible further actions.

11. Month-to-Month Membership: Membership at Good Working CoWorking Space is on a month-to-month basis. Members wishing to cancel their membership are required to provide notification to Good Working management. No prorations or refunds will be provided upon cancellation, regardless of when during the month the member chooses to end their membership.

12. Signage and Advertisement Policy: Members are prohibited from placing signage or any form of advertisement, both inside and outside of the Good Working CoWorking Space, without explicit approval from Good Working management. This includes, but is not limited to, posters, banners, decals, digital displays, flyers, and promotional materials. Any unauthorized signage or advertisements will be removed, and the member may face penalties or termination of membership.

13. Membership Termination by Management: Good Working CoWorking Space reserves the right to terminate any membership at its sole discretion, without the need for any specific reason or prior notice. It is at the full discretion of Good Working management to decide on membership continuation or termination.
